Term Dates
We follow a term-time schedule with holiday breaks. Below is our typical calendar. A detailed calendar will be sent each term via Tapestry.

Meals & Snacks
Children are offered healthy meals and snacks, with milk and water throughout the day. If you opt for our meal service, we provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. If not, please send your child with a healthy-balanced packed lunch.
Please do not send juice, fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolate – Ofsted requires us to follow healthy eating guidelines
What to Bring
A labelled bag with spare clothes
Nappies and wipes (clearly labelled with your child’s name)
Seasonal items: coat, sun hat, wellies, etc.

Invoicing & Payments
Invoices are issued monthly via email.
Payment is due in advance.
We accept bank transfer, childcare vouchers (Edenred, Pluxee, etc.), and Tax-Free Childcare.
Communication
We use Tapestry to keep you updated on your child’s day, learning journey and any notices.
We also share term newsletters and announcements via email.
