The Manager
My name is Dee, and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder in Spalding. I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you and your little ones. With over a decade of experience as a teacher and a deep-seated passion for nurturing young minds, I have dedicated my life to providing exceptional care and guidance to children. I live in a 4-bedroom detached house in Spalding.
As a mother of four wonderful children, my journey in childminding is inspired by my own experiences and the love I have for kids. My years in education have equipped me with the skills and understanding necessary to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
My philosophy centres around providing personalised care that caters to each child's unique needs, fostering their development, and encouraging their curiosity. I believe in creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere where children feel loved, secure, and excited to learn.
I have 10 years of experience as a Secondary School Teacher.
