Refund Policy

Millfield Montessori is committed to fairness and transparency in all financial matters.
Administration Fees & Enrolment Deposit
Admin fees are non-refundable except in the case where Millfield Montessori is unable to offer a place after accepting a deposit. Parents who are on exclusive government funded hours are exempt from paying admin fees. Enrolment deposit may be credited towards the payment of childcare fees for the following month when in attendance, or may be credited towards payment of other childcare-related costs. Enrolment deposit will be forfeited if the child does not attend the setting after signing up to reserve a place.
Childcare Fees

Childcare fees must be paid in advance before care begins.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Absences due to sickness, holidays, or unforeseen personal circumstances

Termination of attendance without the required written notice period

If the setting is closed due to emergency (e.g., Ofsted requirement, staff illness, weather), a refund or credit may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
Meals
Optional meal payments are non-refundable unless:

The child was not in attendance for the full day

Notice was given before 7:00 AM on the day of absence
Extra Services
Fees for extra services (e.g. extended hours, special events) are non-refundable.
Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
